Seriously! This is a Mercedes "Smart Car". You see quite a few of them around Amsterdam. They are very high tech and from what we could figure out they operate on bio-metrics security. Pretty cool! NOT the smallest "cars" that we saw. There was a little 2 seater that was believe it or not, about 1/2 the size of this one. They looked a little more "Soviet" era style though...not nearly as sleak.
